Hull City Signs Joao Pedro on Free Transfer

Hull City has signed former Cagliari forward Joao Pedro on a free transfer until the end of the season, with the option for an additional 12 months.

The 32-year-old Brazilian spent eight years with the Sardinian side, scoring 84 goals in 255 league appearances before moving to Fenerbahce in 2022.

Pedro holds Italian citizenship and earned one cap for the national team in 2022, having previously represented Brazil at Under-17 level.

His most recent competitive action came in July during a loan spell with Brazilian club Gremio. Fenerbahce released him in the summer after he netted five goals in 28 matches during his time in Turkey.
