LeBron James Sets NBA Record for Most Minutes Played

LeBron James made history once again as he broke the record for the most minutes played in NBA history during the Los Angeles Lakers’ 113-100 win over the Sacramento Kings. The 39-year-old surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s previous record, clocking his 57,447th minute on court.

James, who also claimed the NBA all-time scoring record earlier this year, contributed 19 points in the victory. Austin Reaves led the Lakers with 25 points. Reflecting on his achievement, James said, “It’s just a commitment to the craft and to the passion and love I have for the game. I don’t take much time in the off-season, a little bit more time now.”
