Manchester United have reportedly agreed to sell winger Jadon Sancho after he surprisingly became a transfer target for Premier League rivals Chelsea. However, it is Serie A giants Juventus who have secured the deal.

According to RMC Sport, United reached an agreement with Juventus on Wednesday, where Sancho will join on loan for this season, with a permanent transfer set for next summer.

Sancho, who joined Manchester United in 2021 for £73 million from Borussia Dortmund, has struggled to meet expectations at Old Trafford. The 24-year-old England international also had a fallout with manager Erik ten Hag, which led to him being loaned back to Dortmund last season.

Under the new agreement, Sancho will now play under the management of Thiago Motta at Juventus, who currently lead Serie A after winning their first two matches this season.
